When a user comments on an activity on the News Feed page, we are now automatically posting a reply in the appropriate topic, if that activity is either a topic or a reply and the reply count is updated accordingly. This was done because users can create comments to such activities from both the site and the app and the reply got lost in the stream and hard to track for people following the forums.

Please note: removal is not synchronised, so if you delete the reply from the forum the activity comment will not be removed — and if you delete the comment the forum reply will not be removed.
